Shipping policy

Lolitamakeupshop.es ships only within mainland Spain. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, please contact us at info@lolitamakeupshop.es. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

1. Shipment Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that our molds are handmade, and during peak periods, processing time may be longer than usual.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

All our shipments are sent via Correos (Spanish Postal Service), which typically takes 1 to 5 days. Depending on product availability, delivery may take a little longer. The delivery time begins once the product has been shipped.

3. Costs

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

- Shipping costs €8.50 for all orders within the Iberian Peninsula.

- For shipments to the Eurozone and international destinations, the shipping cost is calculated upon completion of the order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We now also ship outside the Eurozone. For more information about shipping, please write to info@lolitamakeupshop.es.

5. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order using that tracking number on the official website of the shipping company.

6. Damaged or lost products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@lolitamakeupshop.es. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
